Q1. What are the operating hours for luggage storage?

• Operating hours are from 05:00 to 21:00.
• During these hours, staff will be at the airport, and assistance will typically take 5-10 minutes.

Q2. How does the storage process work?

• Staff will collect your luggage at the airport and store it safely in the Forholiday warehouse.

Q3. What should I do if no one is present at the booth?

• If there is nobody at the booth, please wait in front of Booth 25, N counter on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1.
• The staff will arrive within 5 minutes to assist you.

Q4. What do I need to provide when dropping off my luggage?

• Present your reservation details to the staff when they arrive.
• Hand over your luggage to the staff and receive a luggage tag with the numbers.
• Your luggage will be securely stored in the Forholiday warehouse.

(In case of the same-day storage, it can be stored at the airport)
