Pickup Information

Q1. How does the pickup process work?

• Your luggage will be transferred to the airport 1 to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• At the airport, our staff will supervise your luggage to ensure the safety of your luggage

Q2. What if I arrive earlier than my scheduled pickup time?

• If you arrive earlier, your luggage may still be stored in the warehouse and might not be immediately available.
• Please contact the customer service center at least one day in advance if you plan to arrive earlier than scheduled.
