• Service Overview

  Our company does not operate as a real estate agency. Instead, we provide two distinct services:

  • Guided Property Search : We connect you with properties managed by trusted real estate agents and assist in the provisional deposit process.
  • Property Viewing Assistance : A dedicated staff member accompanies you to property visits, offering support and guidance during inspections and discussions with real estate agents.

• Legal Limitations

  We do not draft contracts, negotiate fees, or resolve issues after contract signing. All contractual obligations and responsibilities lie solely between the client, the property owner, and the real estate agent.

2. Service Scope

• We act as facilitators, ensuring smooth communication and guidance during your housing search. However, we are not involved in any formal agreements or contracts made between you and property agents or landlords.

3. Non-Refundable Provisional Deposit

• Provisional deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you choose not to proceed with a property after making a payment, we cannot return the deposit if any part of our services is provided to the client.

4. Real Estate Agency Fees

• Real Estate Agency Fees are payable to the real estate agency, not our company. The amount of the fee depends on the property's type and the rental terms. We ensure transparency in all fee-related discussions with the managing real estate agents.

5. Completion of Service

• Once the service is complete, we do not provide additional property listings. Even if you are dissatisfied with the contracted property, the service will be considered fulfilled.

6. Role of Real Estate Agents

• Real estate agents help with finding housing options but are not responsible for resolving post-move issues or assisting with daily life concerns related to the property.
